Who are Sunny Nursing Services?
Sunny Nursing Services is a committed group of nurses and caregivers who have been providing the best assistance to service users in their homes around Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane for the past six years.
How do you select your caregivers?
Every caregiver or nurse will go through a two-stage interview process:
1. Only those they believe have the background we're searching for are interviewed by our recruitment team.
2. Character is just as important in the interview as expertise and credentials. Only those who possess all the necessary traits will pass this level.
3. Next, every applicant undergoes a rigorous background investigation that includes contacting and obtaining references, confirming identities, and conducting an enhanced Disclosure check.
4. All qualified applicants are required to take part in our Induction training and assessment. Then, until they are certified as competent, they must 'shadow' an experienced caregiver. They must also complete the care Certificate, which is the last step.
Only those who successfully complete all four steps are invited to join our company.
How will you decide who is the best match for me?
Our team members have years of experience pairing the appropriate caregivers and nurses with the appropriate service users, and they are aware that this can only be done by paying attention to their particular needs, asking the appropriate questions, and getting to know each caregiver and nurse we have personally.
Can you send someone out quickly?
Our staff members are on duty around-the-clock to answer the phone, and we can currently get someone to you within some hours.
Is it necessary for me to sign a long-term contract?
No, we don't believe in tying people up in long-term contracts; instead, we hope that the quality of our service will be enough to persuade you to keep using us whenever you need it again.
Can we try you out first?
There are no long-term commitments with us and a one-hour minimum booking requirement exists for our nurses and caregivers. You can give us a try at any time, after which you can determine when and how long you need our assistance.
If I want to adjust the number of hours, what should I do?
No issues; simply let us know in advance if you want to modify the days or hours of your appointment, and we'll be happy to oblige.
Why would I need Sunny Nursing Services if my neighbour could check on me?
It's excellent if you have relatives or friends who can take care of your needs for free, but there may be times when they are unable because of illness or other commitments, when you require more specialised care than an untrained person can offer, and when they themselves need a break. There is always coverage at Sunny Nursing Services, and all of our staff members have verified & background checks, extensive references, are highly experienced and trained in addition to being very wonderful individuals.
What happens if I don’t get on with my caregiver?
We make every effort to match your requirements with a nurse or caregiver who possesses the appropriate characteristics and abilities. There will inevitably be instances where personalities don't quite mesh, though. We will change them for you without any hassle or trouble if you ever decide that you would prefer someone else.
