Job Summary & Role Overview

A verified care home in Vashi, Navi Mumbai is recruiting compassionate Elderly Bedside Attendants to assist senior residents with daily living routines. You will provide non-clinical support including assisted mobility, morning sponge bathing, wheelchair transfers, bed turning routines to prevent sores, and oral dining assistance. Key Non-Medical Responsibilities

• Assist senior residents with bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, and dignified grooming.
• Perform scheduled Q2H lateral turning for bedbound elders to preserve skin integrity.
• Support elders during walking routines, wheelchair transfers, and physiotherapy escort.
• Serve balanced meals and assist slow-eating seniors with patient oral feeding.
• Provide timely reminders for prescribed oral hydration and scheduled rest times.
• Report any sudden changes in resident mood, appetite, or comfort to the care supervisor.
